You're good so far with:
x-6+=+log%2810%2C+%28y%29%29
The next step is to rewrite the equation in exponential form. (That is how you get rid of the log.) In general log%28a%2C+%28p%29%29+=+q is equivalent to p+=+a%5Eq. Using this pattern on your equation we get:
10%5E%28%28x-6%29%29+=+y
This is the inverse.
