acid 37 ---------------- x ml
Mixture 5 ---------------- 100 + x ml

0 * 100 + 37 x = 5 ( 100 + x )
0 + 37 x = 500 + 5 x
37 x -5 x = 0 + 500
32 x = 500
/ 32
x = 15.63 ml acid
