You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
y=-9x
slope of line is -9
a parallel line will have same slope and passes through (3,-9)
y-y1=m(x-x1)
y-(-9)=-9(x-3)
y+9=-9x+27
y+9x=18
OR y =-9x +18
