Y=mX+b WHERE m=SLOPE & b=THE Y INTERCEPT.
10x-y=5
-Y=-10X+5 MULTIPLY BY -1
Y=10X-5
10 = THE SLOPE.
THEREFORE ANY PARALLEL LINE WILL HAVE A SLOPE = 10.
