11 x -13 y = 89 -----eq(1)
-11 x+13y = 107--------(2)
upon simplification second equation becomes
11 x- 13 y = -107---------------(2)
if you compare the both the equations
left hand side of the both eqs is same and right hand side is diffrent.
this is never possible.
hence the system has no solution.
