You can put this solution on YOUR website! I am sorry to say but this is a lousy method of writing a question as you forgot to represent it as an equation.
So, the question should be :- "Solve 49x^2 - 4 = 0"
As this is a quadratic equation so we will apply method to solve quadratic equation :-
x = (-b+-(b^2-4ac))/2a
this gives roots = 2/7 , -2/7
