=> 3x+12-5x+30 <6 solving the brackets first.. by multiplying 3 and -5
=> -2x +42 <6 adding 3x with -5x and 12 with 30
=> -2x <6-42 moving 42 to right hand side
=> -2x <-36 subtracting 6 from -42
=> 2x > 36 multiplying both sides with -1 this results in changing < to >
=> x>36/2 divide both sides with 2 this will remove 2 in coefficient of x
=> x >18 which is the required answer......
