You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
-s+3 = 5s+21 subtract 5s.
-s-5s+3=21 combine the s terms.
-6s+3=21 subtract 3.
-6s=21-3 combine the integers.
-6s=18 divide by -6.
s=18/-6
s=-3 ans.
Proof:
-(-3)+3=5(-3)+21
3+3=-15+21
6=6
