length = 200 m = 0.2 km
breadth = 150 m = 0.15 km
perimeter of the play ground = 2 * length + 2* breadth
= 2*0.2 + 2* 0.15
= 0.4 +0.3
=0.7 km
since athlete wants to run 7 km , no of rounds required are = 7 / 0.7
= 10
answer = 10
