length = 4 times width
l = 4 b
perimeter of the pool = 140
but perimeter of the rectangle = 2(l+b)
so 2(l+b)= 140
l+b = 70
put l= 4b
4b+b= 70
5b =70
b= 14
l= 4*14
=56
so length = 56 m
width = 14 m
