You can put this solution on YOUR website! y^4+3y³-5y²-15
factor each term.
= y*y*y*y
= 3*y*y*y
= -1*5*y*y
= -1*3*5*y
Look for the G.C.F= y
Multiply the rest of the terms, with out considering the G.C.F
= y(y³+3y²-5y-15)
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Factor Completely. y^4 + 3y^3 - 5y^2 - 15y
:
Factor out y^3 and 5y and you have:
y^3(y + 3) - 5y(y + 3)
:
Factor out (y + 3)
(y^3 - 5y) (y + 3)
:
also can factor out y:
y(y^2 - 5)(y + 3)
