You can put this solution on YOUR website! I need help with the following problem. I understand how to complete the first part but not the second. Here is the problem 7(-x+4)+16>5X-(10x-6)-6. The part I don't get is 5x-(10x-6)-6. The > in the problem us underlined. This problem is not from a book, rather a worksheet of 15 problems.
--------------------------
7(-x+4)+16 >= 5X-(10x-6)-6
Simplify each side of the inequality.
-7x+28+16 >= 5x-10x+6-6
Continue to simplify
-7x+44 >= -5x
Add 7x to both sides to get:
44 >= 2x
Divide both sides by 2 to get:
22 >= x
Switch the sides to get:
x <= 22

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Solve the inequality for x: Apply the distributive property to the left side. Simplify both sides. Add 7x to both sides of the inequality. Divide both sides by 2. or
