Step 1) Draw out a number line. Make sure that this number line includes the number 2.
Step 2) Plot a circle at the point 2 on the number line.
Step 3) Make sure you keep this circle an open circle (ie NOT filled in). You don't fill in the circle because we have a > sign. This tells you to exclude the endpoint.
Step 4) Shade to the right of this circle to completely graph m>2. You shade to the right because there is a > sign.
So to sum things up, you plot an OPEN circle at 2 and shade to the RIGHT.
