First you need to leave the variable on one side so transpose -10 to the other side:
22=8f-10
-10 will then become positive like this:
22+10=8f
Then add:
32=8f
Now you need to transpose 8 to the other side to leave the variable.
Do it by dividing the 8 on both sides:
32/8 = 8f/8

4=f
