Let's the perimeter of square or triangle is p. the system will be:
system+%28p=4s%2C+p=3%28s%2B1%29%29
s=p%2F4, substitute and get:
+p=3%28p%2F4%29%2B3 => 4p-3p=12 => p=12
The perimeter of square or equilateral triangle is 12cm and the side of square is 3 cm while the side of equilateral triangle is 4cm.
