distance = x miles ; rate = 100+20 = 120 mph ; time = d/r = x/120 hrs.

distance = x miles ; rate = 100-20= 80 mph ; time = d/r = x/80 hrs

time to + time from = 10 hrs
x/120 + x/80 = 10
[80x+120x]=10*80*100
200x = 10*80*100
x=10*40
x=400 miles (distance the storage facility is from his office)
