You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A picture was drawn, ready in a posting, but because of misreading some given problem information, I removed my posting which had been in progress.

Most of the solution in symbols is ready now, but no picture revision.
Isosceles trapezoid with larger base on bottom, smaller base at top. Height 6, the non-base sides each 10. A triangle can be found from upper corner projected downward onto lower base. There is a length at the bottom of the triangle, x. This length x is on BOTH sides of the trapezoid. Know: base1-2x equals base2.

Let's take care of the area: %28%28b1%2Bb2%29%2F2%29%2A6=246
b1%2Bb2=82

Dealing with the triangle for x:
x%5E2%2B6%5E2=10%5E2
x=sqrt%2864%29
x=8
This means that b2=b1-2x
OR
b1-b2=16

Nice System Ready to Finish Solution:
b1%2Bb2=82
b1-b2=16

(Please not that subscripts are intended for bases b1, b2, in the above.)
final answer: b%5B1%5D=59, b%5B2%5D=43
