Let the distance travelled in 28 days be x.
Therefore:
14 : 219
28 : x
Cross Multiplication:
14 * x = 14x
219 * 28 = 6132

14x = 6132
Divide each side by 14
14x/14 = 6132/14
x = 438

Therefore in 28 days the student will travel 438 km.
