(5-2); and has a slope of -1/8
The general equation in point slope form is
y-y1=m(x-x1)
(y-(-2) = (-1/8)(x-5)
y+2=(-1/8)(x-5)
multiply equation by 8
8(y+2)=-1(x-5)
8y+16=-x+5
x+8y=-11
