You can put this solution on YOUR website!
b = base and altitude = 5b/3
Area = 1/2(b)(h) = 1/2(5b/3)(b) = (5b^2)/6
Altitude increased by 4 = 5b/3 + 4
Base decreased by 2 = b - 2
(5b/3 + 4)(b - 2) = (5b^2)/3
5b^2/3 - 10b/3 + 4b - 8 = (5b^2)/3
2b/3 = 8
b = 12, h = 20
