(4x+8)/2-16=-2(9z-12)/3
(4x+8)/2-16=(-18z+24)/3
2x+4-16=-6z+8
2x-12-8=-6z
6z+2x-20=0

6z=-2(x-10)
z=-2(x-10)/6
z=-(x-10)/3 ans.
