To graph INEQUALITIES you must first graph
the EQUALITIES which are the boundaries of the INEQUALITIES.

a. So,
Graph y=-2 as a dashed or dotted line.
Shade the half-plane above the line because you want y>-2
-----------------
b.
Graph y=2x-2 as a dashed or dotted line.
Shade the half-plane above the line because you want y>2x-2

c.
Graph y=(2/3)x-2
Shade the half-plane above the line because you want y>(2/3)x-2
