b/2=3/14+2*3/14
b/2=3/14+6/14
b/2=9/14 cross multiply.
14b=18
b=18/14
b=9/7 ans.
Proof:
2*9/7-3/7-(9/7)/2=9/7+3/14
18/7-3/7-9/7*1/2=9/7+3/14
18/7-3/7-9/14=9/7+3/14
15/7-9/7=3/14+9/14
6/7=12/14
6/7=6/7
