( 5 days/wk )x( 8 hrs/day ) = 40 hrs/wk
( 40 hrs/wk )x( $10/hr ) = $400/wk

( 15 days ) / ( 5 days/wk ) = 3 wks
( $400/wk )x( 3 wks ) = $1200
