Neither. Since the signs in the binomials are opposite, the constant term of the product polynomial MUST be negative. Also, since and are two different things, the first term of the product is , not .

By the way, your (to the 2nd) is overkill. Just use the caret mark (^ - Shift 6) to indicate raising to a power. s^2 + 11s + 30, for example.
