Question 700321: The perimeter of a rectangle is 24, and its length is 3 times its width. Find the length and width of this rectangle Answer by Imgone(6) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! The length of this rectangle is 9 and the width of the rectangle is 3. If a rectangle has 4 sides and the length is three times the width then if the width was 3 the length would be 9. So you have the two widths that add up to 6 and you have the to lengths that add up to 18. (6+18=24)
