If you mean the sum of the measures of the interior angles, then yes. The sum of the measures of the interior angles of any triangle is 180 degrees, and all triangles are convex polygons.
On the other hand, if you mean the sum of the exterior angles, then no. The sum of the measures of the exterior angles of any convex polygon is 360 degrees, regardless of the number of sides.
