The scale 2cm to 3m is the same as 1cm to 1.5m.
This is much easier to work with.
7cm on the plan is therefore 7 X 1.5m in real life, this is 10.5m.
Similarly 6cm on the plan is 6 X 1.5m in real life, this is 9m
The area of the room is length X width, which is
9m X 10.5m = 94.5m^2 (square meters)
