You can put this solution on YOUR website! (1) Get rid of distractions, if you can.
(2) Put on some jazz or classical at low volume.
(3) Never rely on memory- make lots of notes.
(4) Make a list of questions you have, then
cross them off as you get them answered.
(5) Make learning hands-on if you can.
Draw and construct a lot.
(6) Don't get negative. Plan to win the battle.
