%28%28y-2%29%2F%28y%2B3%29%29-%28%28y%29%2F2%28y%2B3%29%29
The LCM is 2%28y%2B3%29 So we'll will multiply both terms by 2%28y%2B3%29%2F2%28y%2B3%29 to get a common denominator and we have:
%282%28y-2%29-y%29%2F2%28y%2B3%29 and this equals
%282y-4-y%29%2F2%28y%2B3%29 which equals
%28y-4%29%2F2%28y%2B3%29------------------ans
