You can put this solution on YOUR website! i have some doubt abt ur question. is it 2xx4y=8? or 2x4y =8? Did u put second x to denote x or multiplication notation?
ok, look at the solutions 2x4y=8
or 8xy=8
or xy =1
or x=1/y
if y=1 then x=1; if y=2 ,x= 1/2; if y=3 ,x=1/3
if it is 2xx4y=8
or 8xxy=8
or xx=1/y
if y=1 x=+1 or -1
if y=4 x=1/2 or -1/2
