1. x+2x=6, 3x=6. x=2
2+y=6, y=4 ordered pair would be (2,4)
2. 2x-3(2x+7)=-13, 2x-6x-21=-13, -4x-21=-13, -4x=8, x=-2
2*-2-3y=-13, -4-3y=-13, -3y=-9, y=3 ordered pair would be (-2,3)
