simple way would be to find the x,y-intercepts. Set each equal to 0 and solve
----
3(0)-12x+6=0
-12x=-6
x=1/2, so x intercept would (1/2, 0)
----
3y-12(0)+6=0
3y=-6
y=-2, so y intercept would be (0, -2)
---
plot both points and draw a line through them.
