You can put this solution on YOUR website!
[f - g](x) = f(x) - g(x) = x - 4 - (x + 2) = x - 4 - x - 2 = -6
[f*g](x) = f(g(x)) = f(x + 2) = x + 2 - 4 = x - 2

1. f-g
f-g=(x-4)-(x+2)
f-g=x-4-x-2

:
2. f*g
f*g=(x-4)(x+2)
f*g=x^2+2x-4x-8
