You can put this solution on YOUR website!
how do i do this problem then graph it?
x>-2
-------------
x is like apple. If you ask for apple people assume you mean one apple.
Same with x; when you write x it is assumed you mean one x.
---------------
Graphing x>-2
It depends if you are graphing on a number line or on an xy-coordinate system.
-------------
If on a number line:
Draw a line
Find a point and label it "-2" (0 is somewhere to the right of that).
Draw a circle around the -2 point you selected.
Darkey the line to the right of your point.
That is your graph.
---------------------------
If on a xy-coordinate system.
Although you want the graph of x>-2 you need to draw the boundary which
is the line x=-2.
Plot two points: (-2,0) and (-2,3)
Draw a verticle dashed line through through the points.
That is the boundary of your graph.
Darken the half-plane to the left of the vertical line.
That is the graph of x<-2
