Over a period of m minutes, an adult blinks about 10m+%2B+3 times.
Over a period of 3 minutes (m=3), an adult blinks about
10%2A3+%2B+3=30%2B3=highlight%2833%29 times.

Over a period of 2 hours = 120 minutes (m=120), an adult blinks about
10%2A120+%2B+3=1200%2B3=highlight%281203%29 times.
(I would really say about highlight%281200%29 times, because we probaly cannot be so accurate as to be able to tell a 3 mblink difference in 1200 total blinks).
