x%5E2-%285%2F7%29x%2B%2821%2F7%29x-%2815%2F7%29=0 collecting like terms:
x%5E2%2B%2816%2F7%29x-%2815%2F7%29=0 multiply each term by 7
7x%5E2%2B16x-15=0
