You can put this solution on YOUR website!
perpendicular slope: 2

y = mx + b

y = 2x + b

7 = 2(4) + b

7 = 8 + b

7 - 8 = b

-1 = b

b = -1

m = 2, b = -1

Answer: y = 2x - 1
