The solution is NOT AN INTEGER. It's 4.5, or the range of values greater than 4.5, as seen below.

-+8+%3C=+8m+%2B+28

-+8+-+28+%3C=+8m

-+36+%3C=+8m

8m+%3E=+-+36 ----- Switch expressions, changing signs in the process

m+%3E=+%28-+36%29%2F8, or highlight_green%28m+%3E=+-+4%261%2F2%29, or highlight_green%28m+%3E=+-+4.5%29
