(1) +A+=+4B+
(2) +A+%2B+B+=+3750+

Substitute (1) into (2)
(2) +4B+%2B+B+=+3750+
(2) +5B+=+3750+
(2) +B+=+750+
and, since
(1) +A+=+4B+
(1) +A+=+4%2A750+
(1) +A+=+3000+
A's salary is Rs 3000
B's salary is Rs 750
