You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Hello,
With this (x/x+1)-(x+1/x-2)=0 we can multiply by (x+1)(x-2)to get:
x(x-2)-(x+1)(x+1)=0
Expand:
x^2-2x-x^2-2x-1=0
Combine like terms:
-4x-1=0
Add 1 and divide by -4 to get:
x=-1/4
Make sense?
