You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x=8log%28100%2C+%2810%29%29
This problem is fairly easy if you really understand what logarithms are. In general logarithms are exponents. Specifically, log%28100%2C+%2810%29%29 is the exponent that one can put on a 100 to get a result of 10. So what power of 100 equals 10? Once you realize that 10 is the square root of 100 and that and exponent of 1/2 means square root, then you will know that log%28100%2C+%2810%29%29+=+1%2F2. Now we just substitute this into the equation:
x+=+8%2A%281%2F2%29
which simplifies to:
x+=+4
