You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the area between abs(x) and x^2/4
---
Both "functions are symmetrical about the y-axis.
The are enclosed if from (0,0) to (4,4) on the right side.
----
Area between the x-axis and y = |x| = 4*4/2 = 8 sq units.
----
INT(x^2/4) = x^3/12 (ignore the constant of integration)
At x = 4 --> 64/12 = 8/3 sq units
-----
Closed area = 8 - 8/3 = 16/3 sq units
Same on the left side
Total = 32/3 sq units.
