4x-y=16 get the term with y in it on the left side
-y+=+-4x+%2B+16
y+=+4x+-+16
You are done!
Slope is 4, y intercept is the point (0,-16)
Let's do the last one too, since that one it the most involved
4x%2B7y=8 isolate y
7y+=+-4x+%2B+8
y+=+%28-4%2F7%29x+%2B+8%2F7
