Just remember the Quotient Property of Square Roots
For all real numbers m and n, where m ≥ 0 and n > 0, sqrt%28m%2Fn%29=+sqrt+%28m%29%2Fsqrt+%28n%29
Example sqrt+%2816%2F25%29
= sqrt+%2816%29%2Fsqrt%2825%29
= 4%2F5

A radical is fine, as long as its in the NUMERATOR (top)...but yeah. thats all i can tell you...you might have done the problem wrong...?
