You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A rational expression is in simplest form when the numerator and denominator have no common factors other than 1.
1. Factor the numerator and denominator
π^2 - 8π + 16 = (π - 4)(π - 4)
π^2 +π - 20 = (π - 4)(π + 5)
So,%28%28pie-4%29%28pie-4%29%29%2F%28%28pie-4%29%2A%28pie%2B5%29%29
2. Divide Common factor/s.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let x=Pi

NUMERATOR:x%5E2-8x%2B16=%28x-4%29%5E2
DENOMINATOR:x%5E2%2Bx-20=%28x%2B5%29%28x-4%29
Put 'em back together:
%28%28%28x-4%29%5E2%29%2F%28%28x%2B5%29%28x-4%29%29%29

Simplify
