A rational expression is in simplest form when the numerator and denominator have no common factors other than 1.
1. Factor the numerator and denominator
π^2 - 8π + 16 = (π - 4)(π - 4)
π^2 +π - 20 = (π - 4)(π + 5)

2. Divide Common factor/s.
