You can put this solution on YOUR website!
simplify m+2/m-2 divided by 2m+4/m^2-4
-----
[(m+2)/(m-2)] / [(2m+4)/(m^2-4)]
-----
Factor:
[(m+2)/(m-2)] / [(2(m+2))/(m-2)(m+2))]
-----
Invert the denominator and multiply:
[(m+2)/(m-2)] * [(m+2)(m-2)/(2(m+2))
----
Cancel any factor common to numerator and denominator to get:
----
[(m+2)/1] * [1/(2)
--------------
= (m=2)/2
============
also [x-1/2x+1 divided by 1-x/2x+1]
----
Invert the denominator and multiply:
----
= [x-1/2x+1 times 2x+1/1-x]
------
= [-1/1 times 1/1]
---
= -1
