You can put this solution on YOUR website! These are NOT nearly as hard as they look!!
 means to take the CUBE ROOT of (1/8), which is 1/2.
Then RAISE to the 2 power, so the answer is 
 means to take the CUBE ROOT of 125, which is 5.
Then, raise to the -2 power, so the answer is  .
