Please factor the expression as a difference of squares:
4(x+y)^2-(2y-z)^2

Each term is a perfect square so it factors as follows:
a^2-b^2=(a-b)(a+b)
-----------------------
So with your problem you get:
(2(x+y)-(2y-z))(2(x+y)+(2y-z))
