You can put this solution on YOUR website! The answer is 4 miles away.
Here's how I got the solution: First, we see that LS = 5. Later, the problem states that SP is 3. Thus, LS is 2. LS is half of LD (which is what we are looking for), so we simply multiply LS by 2. Since LS is 2, we are left by multiplying 2x2...which is 4.
If you want the answer in base 3 though, 11 would be the answer. ;)
